WHALE AND DALE is a business coordination firm. We do not provide legal, registration, tax, or accounting services ourselves. Those are performed by independent licensed professionals: a partner law firm, judicial scriveners, and tax accountants. You sign an engagement letter with each, each invoices you directly, and we manage the process and can collect your payments in one place, at cost with no markup.
